DEMAND a re-trail for Charlene
National Demo – Blackpool on Saturday 9th June

Dear friends,
If YOU have never joined us on a demo before, you MUST be at this one!
On Saturday 9th of June, we will have a major demonstration, in Blackpool, to draw attention to the horrific murder of 14 year old Charlene Downes, and the disgraceful treatment her family has received throughout their nine year struggle to get justice for the horrific murder of their daughter / granddaughter / sister.

How would you feel if Charlene had been YOUR daughter?
By now, everyone reading this should know what happened to Charlene, certainly most of our members and visitors to the British National Party website will know.
But you’d be amazed at how few people in Blackpool know of how she was murdered.
During previous campaigns, we have spoken to the locals and made them aware of what (the police believe) happened to Charlene, and their shock at discovering the news of this horrific and unsolved crime, in their town nine years ago, is very apparent in their faces.
Some of the facts:
Charlene Downes went missing, presumed murdered, in Blackpool, on the 1st of November 2003.
The Downes family have campaigned for justice, but the Establishment keep on ignoring their requests.
The people that the police believe murdered Charlene, Iyad Albattikhi and Mohammed Reveshi, were acquitted and awarded a quarter of a million pounds, each, for damages to their ‘reputation’.
Before the trial, the police had told Charlene’s Mother that they were, quote; “99.9% certain that Charlene has been murdered.”
Weeks later, Mrs Downes heard from a relative in the Midlands, that the Metro newspaper had reported that Charlene’s body had been cut up and put into a kebab.
Mrs Downes then asked the police if it was true, and they denied it, saying; “take no notice of what you read in those rags, the truth will come out in court.”
But of course, when Mrs Downes eventually got into court, months later, it became very clear that the newspapers had known of the facts months before she did.
So, the police had tipped-off the press and then LIED to Mrs Downes when she challenged them over it.

Newspaper reports
[Here’s what the newspapers reported: (The Times 24th May 2007 & 22nd June 2007)
...‘More than 52 tape recordings were captured by covert surveillance of Mr Reveshi’s home and car between February and March 2004 by the police inquiry team set up after Charlene disappeared in November 2003...
The jury was told that in one conversation Mr Reveshi had said to Mr Albattikhi: “Well, hopefully I [done] it properly you know . . . he thought he saw me cutting her body up…
“Do you remember she was bleeding to death?” “Yes,” replied Mr Albattikhi. “So that she made a mess,” Mr Reveshi allegedly added. Later in the transcript Mr Reveshi allegedly says: “The last one then, it was the last deep one and then it was the [heart] . . . that finally killed her.” …
At one point Mr Reveshi said: “I’m so worried and you was the one who killed her.” …
In his opening address to the jury last month, Tim Holroyde, for the prosecution, claimed that a witness had heard Jordanian-born Mr Albattikhi joke with fellow takeaway employees about how the teenager had been chopped up, and how her body “had gone into the kebabs”. Mr Albattikhi, of Blackpool, denies murdering Charlene while Mr Reveshi, also of Blackpool, denies disposing of her body’...]

The trial
The jury could not reach a unanimous decision, and instead of the judge requesting a re-count with a majority decision, he dismissed the case.
New evidence is available
•  It is alleged that one of the jurors had known Albattikhi before, during and after the trial, which is totally unlawful and this should never have been allowed to happen.
•  Also, a relative of one defendant is alleged to have followed jurors to their homes and threatened them; which is an extremely serious criminal offence of tampering with the jury, with menaces and obstructing the course of justice.
•  It is further alleged that shortly after the trial ended, the juror who was a friend of Albattikhi, bought a house for £80,000 in cash, despite the fact that friends said she was broke.
Several witnesses have told the police that they are ready and willing to testify to the above, but the police have never contacted them to follow it up.
With such damning new evidence, why haven’t Albattikhi and Reveshi been brought back to court for a second trial?
The police have had enough time to get their case sorted out, and with the new evidence that is now available, they should be DEMANDING a re-trial, immediately.
So, why aren’t they?
The ‘Double Jeopardy’ rule no longer applies, if there is new evidence.
So there is no valid reason NOT to bring a re-trial.
Albattikhi still owns the kebab shop, on Dickson Road, where Charlene is said to have been murdered, dismembered and put into a kebab, all that has changed is the name over the door.
Also, he owns several other businesses in Blackpool.
Both of the alleged murderers receive constant protection from the police and other people can’t even look sideways at them and the Stasi police arrest them for it.
•  A year ago, Charlene’s 65 year old disabled grandmother sat on a bench outside their shop, wearing a tee shirt saying; ‘Justice for Charlene’ and the police arrested her, claiming that her action (of sitting there quietly) was likely to cause a breach of the peace.
•  When members of the BNP laid a wreath and a prayer near the spot where Charlene is alleged to have been murdered, a Stasi police Inspector said to a group of us; “If you leave that there, it will be thrown away, with all the other rubbish.”
This is the mentality of the Common Purpose-trained, anti-English Stasi police, that now rules Great Britain!
The police, CPS, government, councillors and the whole Establishment want this case to be buried, because it is spoiling their multi-cultural ‘LIE’, but the Downes family will never allow them to forget Charlene.
Mrs Downes has said that she will never rest, till her dying day, until she has had justice... and nor will we!
The British National Party will continue to tell the world about Charlene, until justice is not only done, but is seen to be done.

Join our campaign for justice
Join us on Saturday 9th June and stand alongside Charlene’s parents in solidarity.
Call 0844 809 4581, leave your name and mobile number and we will send you details of the rendezvous point (RV) will be texted to you nearer the time.
Will ‘soft Jonny English’ allow this cover-up to continue?
Will you?
What if the roles had been reversed...?
If a Muslim girl had been murdered, in Pakistan, by a white British Christian, what do you suppose would have been the outcome?
Answers on a postage stamp!
Please help us to have a massive number of people at this demonstration.
If every person reading this decides to come along, it would be amazingly powerful, and could force the police to bring a re-trial.
But, will you?
This is NOT about politics; this is about getting justice for the brutal murder of a child, and hopefully, stopping the same thing from happening again.
However, it may already be too late for Paige Chivers.
15 year old Paige Chivers also frequented Albattikhi’s kebab house, on Dickson Road, and she went missing in 2007.
The Daily Mail reported that; ‘the police believe she has gone the same way as Charlene Downes’.
Four years after Paige went missing the police finally announced that they had launched a “murder investigation”!
Sincerely,
Adam Walker
National Organiser, British National Party

Our freedom slips away that little bit further

Share

British National Party
As a student was jailed for making 'racist tweets', our freedom slips away that little bit further.
Dear Patriots,
The latest victim of liberal oppression is one Liam Stacey, 21, of Pontypridd, who broke down as he was given an incredible 56 day jail sentence for making what the simpering liberal judge called "vile and abhorrent" comments mocking footballer Fabrice Muamba on Twitter after the player collapsed during a match.
Just how many followers Liam has, or how many people were actually aware of what he said before yesterday, is an altogether different subject. And the fact that Liam was drunk when he posted these comments doesn't seem to have been taken into account at all. It certainly wasn't when he was suspended from Swansea university pending 'disciplinary investigations'.

Now no-one here at the British National Party in anyway condones the comments made by this young man, but we defend his right to say them. It's called freedom of speech. Let's remember that this 'freedom of speech' is the very foundation of our democracy. And freedom of speech is not limited to making nice comments.

People of Britain, wake up! You are sleep-walking into a liberal-PC Marxist police state. Don't believe me? Get yourself on Twitter today and start posting something 'inappropriate'. How long before YOU receive the knock on your door?

What next, police grasses informing on the things you said in the pub? People whispering when they're out, just in case they're overheard by the state's watchers? This is exactly what the former East Germany was like. And if we're not careful, this is what we're heading for here.

And it's all one-way. Remember what happened to another victim of current British 'freedom of speech' - Emma West. She was taken away from her children and jailed too. And all the while, not one of the offensive and violent counter-threats made on YouTube or Twitter by non-whites was even followed up. Let alone prosecuted.

There is an alternative. There is a political Party that not only defends our ancient freedoms but that fights for them - The British National Party.

We defend freedom of speech. Whether we agree with it or not. It's what our forefathers fought and died for during the civil war; it's presumably what we fought the Two World Wars for and it's what we in the British National Party will continue to fight for!

Join us, TODAY, and help us defend freedom of speech. Click on the link below or ring 0844 809 4581 and join the Briitish Resistance.

With your generous support, we can ensure that our voice is strong, standing up for the rights of our children and grandchildren, saving our very future.

Yours sincerely,
Nick Griffin

LOUD AND CLEAR: BNP fight big election campaign

British National Party
LOUD AND CLEAR: BNP fight big election campaign
Dear Patriots,
We are defiant. We are determined. We are united. We are fighting one of our biggest and best election campaigns ever. And our showing in the opinion polls in London is the best ever!
The enemies of our people were keen to write us off. “The BNP is finished” they crowed. They really thought that they had us beaten. But as always, they were wrong!
Because we have news for those traitors; The British National Party has lodged £31,000 of deposits for the London Mayoral, GLA list and a record 6 constituency seats across London this year. A ‘poll of polls’ run by a total of forty local newspapers in London puts our level of support for the London mayoral race at nearly twice that of the Lib Dems and more than twice that of UKIP.
The Truth Truck you paid for is on the road every day, taking our message of hope to every corner of our capital city. Our activists are out delivering hundreds of thousands of leaflets. Our message of hope is being received loud and clear.
How did our opponents get it so wrong? The answer is very simple. They didn’t take our key resource, our secret weapon, into account – you.
We couldn’t have raised the large amount of money for those election deposits without the unwavering support of our members and supporters. You make the difference; Thank you to those who responded so generously to our last minute appeal for £5,000 and to all those who gave before.
We know times are tough. We appreciate the small donations as well as the larger ones. We know that everyone gives as much as they can afford.
The good news doesn’t stop with London. We are fighting local council seats in every region again this year with some key seats we need to defend and others we’re fighting hard to win.
County and District Cllr Sharon Wilkinson is defending her Hapton district seat in Burnley for a record third time this year. If there is any justice in this world she should win comfortably. Sharon has done a great job for local people.
We can’t rest on our laurels though. We have other district seats to defend in Pendle where another long time party stalwart Cllr Parker is running a superb campaign to defend our second Pendle district seat.
We are also fighting seats in Wales, Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire, East and West Midlands, the South East, North West and the South West.
If all that wasn’t keeping us busy enough we also have two high profile Mayoral Elections in the North West in May; in Liverpool and Salford and we MUST be in those fights as they are two of the major cities in our stronghold.
To fight these campaigns isn’t cheap. We need money to give our candidates a chance of winning seats. We need to support people like Cllr Wilkinson and Cllr Parker who have served their communities so well and deserve re-election.
Our enemies will spend a fortune to try to deny us victory. Don’t let them win. Our communities need to be represented by proud, dedicated, and caring BNP men and women. Give whatever you can afford, because with your help, we can win. Just ring 0844 809 4581 and donate. If lines are busy, please try again.
As well as writing this to you today, I have also been studying our Management Accounts for last year. They make great reading and shows a fantastic turnaround from the previous couple of years, when we were badly over-stretched.
We will be sending a full report out to all members shortly, but for the time being I can tell you that not only will last year’s accounts be submitted to the Electoral Commission early this summer – the first time in our entire history – and that they will show that in 2011 we ran an operational surplus for the first time since 2004. We turned around the £400,000 loss two years ago to get in the operational black! Full management accounts will be landing on all members and donors doormats tomorrow with this months B.N.
The future of the party is secure, so now we’re moving ahead with renewed confidence. And, let’s face it; we need to, because there has never been a greater need or potential for our British National Party.
Yours sincerely,

Nick Griffin MEP
British National Party Leader

PS: Thanks to all who sent us stamps we are now sending waves of targeted mail shots, not just to London but also to help our long term elected councillors like Sharon Wilkinson retain their seats. So please, as well as your most generous donation, send us as many books of second class stamps as you can. Each stamp you can send us will be another guaranteed targeted mail shot to a key elector.
Post your stamps to PO BOX 213 Wigton, CA7 7AL
