Five in court in Nottingham facing 36 child grooming charges
Five men have appeared in court to face 36 charges of child grooming.
Hamza Shazad, 25, Ansar Ahmed, 29, Mohammed Saeed Ahmed, 20, Waqar Akhtar, 26 and Waqas Akhtar, 24, were granted conditional bail at Nottingham Magistrates' Court.
The court heard the charges related to three girls, two aged under 16 and one aged under 18.
The men were told the next hearing will take place at Nottingham Crown Court on 5 December.
- Mr Shazad, of Ewart Road, Forest Fields, Nottingham, faces 11 charges, including two counts of inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity and one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image portraying a sex act with an animal
- Ansar Ahmed, of Radford Road, Nottingham, faces six charges including one count of meeting a girl under 16 following grooming and causing a girl to engage in sexual activity
- Mohammed Saeed Ahmed, of Vale Crescent South, Nottingham, faces 11 charges including one count of raping a girl
- Waqar Akhtar, of Glentworth Road, Nottingham, faces two charges: one of taking away a child in care and one of removing a child under 16 from a person who had lawful responsibility for them
- Waqas Akhtar, of no fixed abode, faces six charges including two of engaging in sexual activity with a girl
No pleas have yet been entered in the case.

NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS
Rewarding criminal activity by giving amnesty for illegal immigrants is morally wrong.

It’s disappointing how David Lammy (the Member of Parliament for Tottenham) sees our capital city in purely economic terms.
He is calling for an amnesty for London’s estimated 300,000 illegal immigrants.
I believe that this figure of 300,000 is a gross underestimate!
Mr. Lammy states that, by giving amnesty to these illegal immigrants, the economy would be boosted by additional tax revenue.
This simplistic view ignores the fact that most illegal immigrants are low-skilled, and if they are working, then most would not earn enough to pay any taxes.
The government would then top-up the small incomes of the newly formed legal immigrants with all sorts of benefits: housing benefit, council tax benefit, child support, tax credits, and free health care.
They would then be allowed to bring over their families, and ‘dependants’ — this process is known as ‘chain migration’.
These newly arrived immigrants could also receive either council housing or generous government benefits.
Let’s not forget the cost of free schooling and health care, attendance allowance, grants, increased pressure on housing, and increased congestion.
No longer fearing deportation, they would not be shy in claiming every benefit available.
The costs to the public purse would far outweigh any increase in tax revenue due to an amnesty.
The truth is they have broken the law by illegally entering our country.
And they have illegally benefitted from their criminal activities.
Therefore, it does not make sense to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants.
There are plenty of people who would be willing to do their jobs on their deportation.
How many British people lost the opportunity of employment, better housing, better education, and increased social mobility?
Amnesty sends a wrong message
If illegal immigrants know they are sure to get amnesty — as long as they evade capture for a few years — then unlawful immigration will skyrocket.
In 1986, the USA passed the Immigration Reform and Control Act, which gave amnesty to 2.7 million illegal immigrants.
Ever since then, there has been an explosive increase in illegal immigration into the USA.
The experience of Italy and Spain also suggests that amnesties encourage more illegal immigrants.
Rewarding lawbreakers is morally wrong, and so it acts as a magnet for illegal immigration, often with disastrous results…

This, sadly, is the future that some of the UK youth of today, and even, some far older UK folk, think that we, who want to leave the EU, are denying them.
They should be on their knees, thanking those of us that fight and campaign for UK Sovereignty, Indendence and Democracy free from the shackles of the European Union and for saving them from being turned into Orwellian autmatons!
European Union Law WILL take precedence and UK Law has to be subservient and adhere to EU Law.
