Dear friends,
If YOU have never
joined us on a demo before, you MUST be at this one!
On Saturday 9th of June, we
will have a major demonstration, in Blackpool, to draw attention to the
horrific murder of 14 year old Charlene Downes, and the disgraceful
treatment her family has received throughout their nine year struggle to
get justice for the horrific murder of their daughter / granddaughter /
sister.
How would you feel if Charlene had been YOUR
daughter?
By now, everyone reading this should know what happened to Charlene,
certainly most of our members and visitors to the British National Party
website will know.
But you’d be amazed at how few people in Blackpool know of
how she was murdered.
During previous campaigns, we have spoken to the locals and made them
aware of what (the police believe) happened to Charlene, and their shock at
discovering the news of this horrific and unsolved crime, in their
town nine years ago, is very apparent in their faces.
Some of the facts:
Charlene Downes went missing, presumed murdered, in Blackpool, on the
1st of November 2003.
The Downes family have campaigned for justice, but the Establishment
keep on ignoring their requests.
The people that the police believe murdered Charlene, Iyad Albattikhi
and Mohammed Reveshi, were acquitted and awarded a quarter of a million
pounds, each, for damages to their ‘reputation’.
Before the trial, the police had told Charlene’s Mother that they
were, quote; “99.9% certain that Charlene has been
murdered.”
Weeks later, Mrs Downes heard from a relative in the Midlands, that the
Metro newspaper had reported that Charlene’s body had been cut up and
put into a kebab.
Mrs Downes then asked the police if it was true, and they denied it,
saying; “take no notice of what you read in those rags, the truth
will come out in court.”
But of course, when Mrs Downes eventually got into court, months later,
it became very clear that the newspapers had known of the facts months
before she did.
So, the police had tipped-off the press and then LIED to Mrs Downes when
she challenged them over it.
Newspaper reports
[Here’s what the newspapers reported: (The Times 24th May 2007
& 22nd June 2007)
...‘More than 52 tape recordings were captured by
covert surveillance of Mr Reveshi’s home and car between February and
March 2004 by the police inquiry team set up after Charlene disappeared in
November 2003...
The jury was told that in one conversation Mr Reveshi had said to Mr
Albattikhi: “Well, hopefully I [done] it properly you know . . . he
thought he saw me cutting her body up…
“Do you remember she was bleeding to death?”
“Yes,” replied Mr Albattikhi. “So that she made a
mess,” Mr Reveshi allegedly added. Later in the transcript Mr Reveshi
allegedly says: “The last one then, it was the last deep one and then
it was the [heart] . . . that finally killed her.”
…
At one point Mr Reveshi said: “I’m so worried and you
was the one who killed her.” …
In his opening address to the jury last month, Tim Holroyde,
for the prosecution, claimed that a witness had heard Jordanian-born Mr
Albattikhi joke with fellow takeaway employees about how the teenager had
been chopped up, and how her body “had gone into the kebabs”.
Mr Albattikhi, of Blackpool, denies murdering Charlene while Mr Reveshi,
also of Blackpool, denies disposing of her
body’...]
The trial
The jury could not reach a unanimous decision, and instead of the judge
requesting a re-count with a majority decision, he dismissed the
case.
New evidence is available
• It is alleged that one of the jurors had known Albattikhi
before, during and after the trial, which is totally unlawful and this
should never have been allowed to happen.
• Also, a relative of one defendant is alleged to have
followed jurors to their homes and threatened them; which is an extremely
serious criminal offence of tampering with the jury, with menaces and
obstructing the course of justice.
• It is further alleged that shortly after the trial ended,
the juror who was a friend of Albattikhi, bought a house for £80,000
in cash, despite the fact that friends said she was broke.
Several witnesses have told the police that they are ready and
willing to testify to the above, but the police have never contacted them
to follow it up.
With such damning new evidence, why haven’t Albattikhi and Reveshi
been brought back to court for a second trial?
The police have had enough time to get their case sorted out, and with
the new evidence that is now available, they should be DEMANDING a
re-trial, immediately.
So, why aren’t they?
The ‘Double Jeopardy’ rule no longer applies, if there is
new evidence.
So there is no valid reason NOT to bring a
re-trial.
Albattikhi still owns the kebab shop, on Dickson Road, where Charlene is
said to have been murdered, dismembered and put into a kebab, all that has
changed is the name over the door.
Also, he owns several other businesses in Blackpool.
Both of the alleged murderers receive constant protection from the
police and other people can’t even look sideways at them and the
Stasi police arrest them for it.
• A year ago, Charlene’s 65 year old disabled
grandmother sat on a bench outside their shop, wearing a tee shirt saying;
‘Justice for Charlene’ and the police arrested her, claiming
that her action (of sitting there quietly) was likely to cause a breach of
the peace.
• When members of the BNP laid a wreath and a prayer near the
spot where Charlene is alleged to have been murdered, a Stasi police
Inspector said to a group of us; “If you leave that there, it will be
thrown away, with all the other rubbish.”
This is the mentality of the Common Purpose-trained, anti-English Stasi
police, that now rules Great Britain!
The police, CPS, government, councillors and the whole Establishment
want this case to be buried, because it is spoiling their multi-cultural
‘LIE’, but the Downes family will never allow them to forget
Charlene.
Mrs Downes has said that she will never rest, till her dying day, until
she has had justice... and nor will we!
The British National Party will continue to tell the world about
Charlene, until justice is not only done, but is seen to be
done.
Join our campaign for
justice
Join us on Saturday 9th June and stand alongside
Charlene’s parents in solidarity.
Call 0844 809 4581, leave your name and mobile
number and we will send you details of the rendezvous point (RV) will be
texted to you nearer the time.
Will ‘soft Jonny English’ allow this cover-up to
continue?
Will you?
What if the roles had been reversed...?
If a Muslim girl had been murdered, in Pakistan, by a white British
Christian, what do you suppose would have been the outcome?
Answers on a postage stamp!
Please help us to have a massive number of people at this
demonstration.
If every person reading this decides to come along, it would be
amazingly powerful, and could force the police to bring a
re-trial.
But, will you?
This is NOT about politics; this is about getting justice for the brutal
murder of a child, and hopefully, stopping the same thing from happening
again.
However, it may already be too late for Paige
Chivers.
15 year old Paige Chivers also frequented Albattikhi’s kebab
house, on Dickson Road, and she went missing in 2007.
The Daily Mail reported that; ‘the police believe she has gone the
same way as Charlene Downes’.
Four years after Paige went missing the police finally announced that
they had launched a “murder investigation”!
Sincerely,
|
